摘要
合理运用镜像功能编程,不仅能够简化程序,提高加工效率,而且能够保证零件加工质量。通过实例阐述了华中数控系统镜像功能编程的方法,指出了该功能在实际加工中出现的问题,并根据问题产生的原因,分析问题,解决问题。
Rational application of the mirror function programming not only can simplify programs to improve process effectiveness also guarantee parts qualities in process.The paper elaborates the mirror function programming methods by Hua Zhong NC system,and pointed out the existing problems in manufacturing with the system,then analyzes the questions and solve them by the reasons caused.
