摘要
分析了高职院校实训教材建设中存在各种问题及成因,提出了加强队伍建设、制订有效激励政策、成立行业指导委员会等进行教材建设的具体措施,同时还指出进行实训教材编写的若干注意事项。
This paper analyzes the existing problems and their reasons of higher vocational training teaching material,and puts forward the concrete measures,such as strengthening teachers' cultivation,making effective stirring policies,establishing vocation guiding committee.Also the points for attention in compiling the teaching materials are put forward.
