Application of Grouping Technique in Stamping Process and Mold Design——Take Belt Conveyor as an Example

介绍应用成组技术处理工艺,即以相似件为对象,使工艺"标准化",设计了介于专用模具和组合模具之间的一种模具形式,减少了模具设计量,缩短了工装制造周期,实现了小批量冲压件获得接近大批量时的质量和效益。

This paper introduces the use of grouping technique,which takes the similar part as the object to have the stamping processing standardized.A kind of mould is designed between special mould and assembling die.Based on this,work of designing is reduced and the manufacturing cycle is shortened.As to stamping parts,it makes the small amount have nearly the same quality and benefits as the large amount.
