以某设备床身为研究对象,利用Inventor的建模模块建立床身模型,并且使用有限元分析模块对其进行了应力、应变分析。比较理论计算结果与实际测得数据,得出在使用Inventor有限元分析模块时的注意事项。

This paper takes a certain machine tool bed as the subject,and creates the three-dimension model of the machine tool bed based on modular modeling in Inventor.Then the paper analyzes the stress and stain of the modular based on the module of the finite element.Compared the results from test analyses and theoretical calculation respectively,some notices are presented when using the module of the finite element.
