摘要
某既有工业厂房建于1984年,为二层装配式钢筋混凝土框架结构,高度约16 m,横向单跨24 m,总建筑面积约为10 850 m2。为进一步适应工艺调整,需将该大跨度既有工业厂房与新厂房通过连廊连为一体,并将其内部使用功能作适当调整,增加局部隔层,为此需对既有厂房结构进行抗震能力检测和鉴定,为后续加固改造设计及施工提供技术依据。通过对该既有大跨工业厂房结构进行使用现状调查、现场检测、结构抗震承载力验算等工作,得到该厂房结构的抗震性能鉴定结论,结合具体改建方案,提出加固建议,为同类既有大跨度工业厂房结构的抗震鉴定及加固提供参考。
One existing industrial building constructed in 1984,was a two-story prefabricated reinforcement concrete frame structure with overall height about 16 m and a transverse span 24 m and gross floor area 2 700 m2.For adapting to process adjustment further,the existing industrial building must be incorporated with a new industrial building into an entirety by a corridor.Furthermore,interlayer should be added for appropriate readjustment of interior function for the existing building.Therefore,seismic appraisal of the existing industrial building should be performed to provide technical assistance for seismic strengthening.It's helpful for seismic appraisal and strengthening of similar large span industrial building to draw seismic appraisal conclusions from existing circumstance survey,field inspection and seismic resistance capacity of the existing industrial building and put forward seismic strengthening suggestions based on concrete reconstruction scheme.
