摘要 DNA甲基化属于表观遗传学之一,研究发现DNA甲基化可导致胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR),而IR是2型糖尿病发生的始动因素。因此对DNA甲基化的研究可加深对IR的认识,为防治2型糖尿病及其并发症提供重要的科学依据。 DNA甲基化属于表观遗传学之一,研究发现DNA甲基化可导致胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR),而IR是2型糖尿病发生的始动因素。因此对DNA甲基化的研究可加深对IR的认识,为防治2型糖尿病及其并发症提供重要的科学依据。
