Separation of hydrocarbon from drilling fluid using membrane technology

摘要 以聚二甲基硅氧烷为膜材料、聚醚砜微孔膜为基膜,采用表面涂覆法,在聚醚砜基膜上涂膜制备了从钻井液中分离油气组分的选择性半透膜。以经过膜分离得到的油气组分体积浓度作为膜分离性能的主要评价指标,利用水基钻井液,将C_1~C_8烷烃及苯、甲苯作为油气组分溶于钻井液,对选择性半透膜分离钻井液中油气组分过程进行了实验研究,考察了半透膜对油气组分的分离性能。结果表明,所制备的选择性半透膜能够有效分离钻井液中的油气组分,为钻井过程及时掌握钻遇地层的油气含量提供帮助。 以聚二甲基硅氧烷为膜材料、聚醚砜微孔膜为基膜,采用表面涂覆法,在聚醚砜基膜上涂膜制备了从钻井液中分离油气组分的选择性半透膜。以经过膜分离得到的油气组分体积浓度作为膜分离性能的主要评价指标,利用水基钻井液,将C<sub>1</sub>~C<sub>8</sub>烷烃及苯、甲苯作为油气组分溶于钻井液,对选择性半透膜分离钻井液中油气组分过程进行了实验研究,考察了半透膜对油气组分的分离性能。结果表明,所制备的选择性半透膜能够有效分离钻井液中的油气组分,为钻井过程及时掌握钻遇地层的油气含量提供帮助。
