乳腺导管原位癌保乳手术52例疗效临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 乳腺导管内原位癌(DCIS)有相对特殊的生物学行为,笔者对治的经病理证实的52例DCIS患者行保乳手术的效果进行回顾性研究,并将其与同一时期行保乳手术的早期乳腺癌的患者的预后进行比较,报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料DCIS组经病理证实的52例DCIS(粉刺型9例,非粉刺型43例),均为女性;年龄28~56岁,中位年龄41岁。病程2个月至1年,中位时间5个月。主要表现为乳腺肿块和乳头溢液。
