彩色多普勒超声观察陈旧性心肌梗死部位特点分析

摘要 目的采用彩色多普勒超声观察陈旧性心肌梗死不同部位对左室功能的影响特点。方法选取68例陈旧性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,按照梗死部位分为AN组(前壁梗死)和IN组(下壁梗死),并选取体检健康者50例为对照组,分析一般资料、彩色多普勒心动图差异及左室功能差异。结果 AN组梗死瘢痕组织的面积较IN组大,AN组较IN组左室舒张末直径高,左室射血分数AN组低于IN组,舒张早期充盈时间AN组短于IN组,两组较对照组数据差异均有统计学意义。结论左室前壁梗死较下壁梗死的瘢痕面积更大,对其左室重构及左室的收缩和舒张功能的影响更大。
