以斑马鱼为模式动物的病原微生物感染模型的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 斑马鱼作为一种模式动物,已经被广泛地应用于遗传学和发育生物学研究,随着对该生物免疫系统的深入研究,人们发现斑马鱼有较为完整的特异性免疫系统,并具备血液系统发育过程透明和对特异性免疫系统依赖性低等特点,从而使这种新型模式动物在免疫学研究中的应用开始为人们所重视。已有报道将斑马鱼用于研究多种病原菌和病毒引起的哺乳动物急性感染过程。现对以斑马鱼为模式动物的病原微生物感染模型的研究作一概述。 The zebra fish(Danio rerio) has been widely used as a model for the study of genetics and developmental biology.With the deep study of its immune system,it has been found that zebra fish has relatively intact specific immune system,and the developmental process of blood system is optically clear and low dependent on the specific immune system.Therefore,people have begun to pay attention to the use of this new model system in immunological research.Recently,it has been reported that zebra fish has been used to study mammals′ acute infection caused by a variety of pathogenic bacteria and viruses.In this review,studies of zebra fish as the model animal for infectious models of pathogenic microorganism will be presented.
