焊接结构焊缝疲劳寿命的灵敏度分析 被引量:6

STRUCTURAL STRESS METHOD BASED SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS OF FATIGUE LIFE EVALUATION ABOUT WELD STRUCTURES

摘要 焊接结构的疲劳寿命对整体结构的安全可靠性起着至关重要的作用,影响焊接疲劳寿命的因素很多,利用灵敏度分析来确定各参数对焊接疲劳寿命的影响是一项调整、优化设计方案的重要手段.本文基于结构应力法,对焊接结构的疲劳寿命进行了灵敏度分析,建立了结构应力、疲劳寿命对设计参数的灵敏度方程,计算结果与全局差分法进行了比较,文中算例验证了本文灵敏度分析的正确性,为进一步对焊接结构疲劳寿命进行优化设计提供了理论基础和技术支持. 焊接结构的疲劳寿命对整体结构的安全可靠性起着至关重要的作用,影响焊接疲劳寿命的因素很多,利用灵敏度分析来确定各参数对焊接疲劳寿命的影响是一项调整、优化设计方案的重要手段.本文基于结构应力法,对焊接结构的疲劳寿命进行了灵敏度分析,建立了结构应力、疲劳寿命对设计参数的灵敏度方程,计算结果与全局差分法进行了比较,文中算例验证了本文灵敏度分析的正确性,为进一步对焊接结构疲劳寿命进行优化设计提供了理论基础和技术支持.
