摘要
Jiangsu is a province with massive energy consumption. Although it is short of energy and mineral resources, it has abundant renewable energy resources, especially offshore wind energy. In this paper, the condition and spatial distribution of wind energy in Jiangsu are introduced, and also the recommendations to develop offshore wind power are put forward.
