儿童紫癜性肾炎巨噬细胞移动抑制因子表达及意义 被引量:4

Renal expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor in children with Henoch-Schnlein purpura nephritis

摘要 目的探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)在紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)患儿中的表达变化及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测不同程度病理损害HSPN组和对照组(薄基底膜病)肾组织标本中MIF的表达,并分析与24h尿蛋白定量的相关关系。结果对照组肾脏仅有微弱的MIF表达,HSPN组的MIF表达增加,且随病理分级的加重而增强。HSPN病理Ⅲ~Ⅳ级组、Ⅰ~Ⅱ级组的肾活检组织MIF阳性强度均较对照组显著增强(P<0.01);Ⅲ~Ⅳ级组的肾活检组织MIF阳性强度较Ⅰ~Ⅱ级组显著增强(P<0.01)。在伴有新月体、炎性细胞浸润的肾组织中MIF表达增加明显。HSPN肾组织MIF表达与24h尿蛋白定量具有显著相关性(P<0.01)。结论MIF在介导HSPN肾损害中可能起着重要作用,其表达上调可作为反映HSPN肾病理损害程度的指标。 目的探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)在紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)患儿中的表达变化及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测不同程度病理损害HSPN组和对照组(薄基底膜病)肾组织标本中MIF的表达,并分析与24h尿蛋白定量的相关关系。结果对照组肾脏仅有微弱的MIF表达,HSPN组的MIF表达增加,且随病理分级的加重而增强。HSPN病理Ⅲ~Ⅳ级组、Ⅰ~Ⅱ级组的肾活检组织MIF阳性强度均较对照组显著增强(P&lt;0.01);Ⅲ~Ⅳ级组的肾活检组织MIF阳性强度较Ⅰ~Ⅱ级组显著增强(P&lt;0.01)。在伴有新月体、炎性细胞浸润的肾组织中MIF表达增加明显。HSPN肾组织MIF表达与24h尿蛋白定量具有显著相关性(P&lt;0.01)。结论MIF在介导HSPN肾损害中可能起着重要作用,其表达上调可作为反映HSPN肾病理损害程度的指标。
