摘要
新城疫病毒属于副粘病毒科、Rubulavirus病毒属、Ⅰ型副粘病毒的惟一成员 ,为单股负链RNA病毒 ,整个基因组全长 15 5 86个核苷酸 ,编码核衣壳蛋白、磷蛋白、基质蛋白、融合蛋白、血凝素神经氨酸酶和高分子量的RNA聚合酶 6种结构蛋白。为进一步做好新城疫的防治工作 ,对新城疫病毒的分子生物学特性 ,特别是对其基因组特征和编码蛋白的结构及功能等方面进行了较为详尽的综述 ,从而为新城疫病毒的深入研究奠定了一定的基础。
NDV is the only member of the avian paramyxovirus-1 serotype which belongs to the Rubulavirus genus of the family paramyxoviridae with a negative-sense. SSRNA genome consists of 15,586 nucleotides and contains six structure proteins (nucleoprotein, phosphoprotein, matrix, fusion, hem agglutinin-neuraminidase and polymerase, respectively.). In order to prevent and control the epidemic of ND better, features of molecular biology, esp. features of genome, structure protein and functions of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) are reviewed to lay the foundation for further scientific study of NDV.
