摘要中国南方的区域性问题实际上是一个历史问题,对历史上的北方帝国中心而言,南海沿岸地区向来以边缘化的"他者"概念出现,它既是与世界其他地区相接触的缓冲带,也是全球化大潮在中国登陆的前站。随着中华人民共和国推进经济开放政策。
