Through Synopsis of potential movement method, the method for measuring leakage current, based on above-mentioned potential method, is presented in detail.Meanwhile, the process of producing test voltage and normal limit of leakage current is introduced in analyzing and treating of a large number of data.The verication and dissection test shows practicability, availability and feasibility of the method for measuring leakage current.
