Effect on nursing intervention for children with functional constipation

[目的 ]探讨护理干预对 3岁～ 7岁儿童功能性便秘的效果。 [方法 ]将72例功能性便秘患儿随机分成两组 ,干预组接受问卷调查和排便习惯训练的护理干预 ,对照组只接受问卷调查 ,观察两组的膳食结构和排便情况。[结果 ]在膳食结构基本相似的情况下 ,两组的排便情况比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而且干预组粪便性状有显著性改善。 [结论 ]以护理干预主导的排便习惯训练 ,对治疗 3岁～

Objective: to probe into the effect of nursing intervention on children with functional constipation at the age of 3 to 7 years old. Method: a total of 72 cases at the age of 3 to 7 years. randomly divided into both test group and control group. Patients in test group were investigated via filling out questionnaire and nursing intervention was given for training their defecation habit. While patients in control group were only investigated via filling out questionnaire. Both diet structure and defecation state of the two groups children were observed. Results: there was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of their defecation under the same diet ingestion (P<0.05). And the dejection character of children in test group had been obviously improved. Conclusion: training on defecation habit as a mainly nursing intervention could play an important role for the treatment of children with functional constipation at the age of 3 to 7 years old.
