经直肠超声引导13点前列腺穿刺活检术病人的护理

Nursing care of patients underwent prostatic puncture and biopsy guided via endorectal ultrasonography at 13 hour point

[目的 ]探讨经直肠超声引导13点前列腺穿刺活检术病人的护理。 [方法 ]对 3 16例行前列腺穿刺活检术病例 ,术前给予肥皂水、洗必泰蒸馏水清洁灌肠和心理护理 ,术后加强病情观察 ,采取针对性护理措施。 [结果 ] 3 16例病人顺利完成活检术 ,术后无前列腺脓肿、高热、败血症等严重并发症。 [结论 ]术前积极的心理护理、充分的肠道准备和术后有效的护理措施是保证前列腺穿刺活检术顺利进行和减少严重并发症发生的重要措施。

Objective: to probe into nursing care of patients underwent prostatic puncture and biopsy guided via endorectal ultrasonography at 13 hour point. Method: a total of 316 cases undergoing prostatic puncture and biopsy were selected. Cleaning enema with soapsuds and distilled water mixed with Xibital were performed for them. And they were given psychological nursing care before their operation. Patients' general conditions were observed carefully and then proper nursing measures were given after their surgery. Result: a total of 316 cases were taken biopsy successfully without serious complications such as prostatic abscess, high fever, septicemia. Conclusion: positive psychological nursing care, well intestinal tract preparation before operation and effective nursing measures after operation are important measures to assure prostatic puncture and biopsy were taken successfully. These measures could decrease severe complications of it as well.
