增安型无刷励磁同步电动机主体防爆空腔结构的冷却系统与风扇的设计

摘要 增安型无刷励磁同步电动机是国家“七五”重大技术装备加氢装置配套的关键设备。本文从主体防爆空腔结构的冷却系统设计出发,着重阐述增安型无刷励磁同步电动机的设计特点以及工业运行验证的情况,为我国大型增安型无刷励磁同步电动机的设计、制造提供参考。 Excitation-brushless safety-increased synchronous motor forms a complete set of feed hydrogen device, which is Chinese-made large equipment for national seventh five-year plan, is a key equipment. Proceed from cooling system of explosion-proof cavity structure for main body, design features of the synchronous motor and its test and verify situation in commercial operation are described emphatically in this paper. It provides reference information for design and manufacture of Chinese large safety-increased excitation-brushless synchronous motors.
