摘要 One novel nucleoside analogue having a hex-5-enyl group and an allyl group in the 5'-C and 3-N position was synthesized regioand diastereoselectively from D-glucose in twelve steps.In order to reach a particular conformation of nucleosides the nucleoside formation of restricted cyclonucleoside analogues was studied via Ring-Closing Metathesis.
