糖尿病性勃起功能障碍多因素治疗的作用 被引量:2

Effect of multiple factors therapy on diabetic erectile dysfunction

摘要 目的 观察多因素综合治疗对糖尿病性勃起功能障碍 (ED)的疗效。方法 将 10 5例糖尿病性ED患者随机分为Ⅰ组 (对照组 )、Ⅱ组 (前列腺素E1阴茎海绵体注射治疗组 )、Ⅲ组 (甲钴胺、西洛他唑和十一酸睾酮口服治疗组 )。采用随机、对照试验方法 ,观察各组患者勃起功能的变化。结果 治疗 3个月后 ,Ⅲ组患者的国际勃起功能指数 (IIEF)评分明显上升 (与治疗前相比P <0 .0 1,与对照组相比P <0 .0 5 ) ,勃起功能接近应用PGE1阴茎海绵体注射的患者 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 针对糖尿病性ED病因采取多因素综合治疗对勃起障碍具有明显疗效。 Objective To observe the effect of multiple factors therapy on diabetic erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods 105 cases of diabetic ED were randomly divided into group Ⅰ(control group),group Ⅱ( injecting prostaglandin E 1 into corpus cavernosum of penis) and group Ⅲ(taking mecobalamin,cilostazol and testosterone undecanoate orally).The changes of erectile function of ED patients were compared by random and control experiment.Results 3 months treatment later,the scoring of the international index of erectile function in group Ⅲ was significantly increased(P<0.01 compared with that before treatment,P<0.05 compared with that of control group),which was near to that of injecting PGE1 group(P>0.05).Conclusioin The effect of multiple factors therapy targeting at diabetic ED is distinctive.
