慢性前列腺炎患者血清抗精子抗体和精液参数变化

Changes of serum antisperm antibody and sperm parameters of chronic prostatitis patients

目的 探讨前列腺慢性炎症对患者血清抗精子抗体 (AsAb)和精液参数的影响。方法 用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ASA ELISA)对 75例慢性前列腺炎患者和 31例正常对照者血清中AsAb进行定量分析 ,用美国HML全自动精液分析仪对两组精液常规检查 ,比较血清AsAb和精液主要参数变化。结果 慢性前列腺炎患者血清抗精子抗体IgG、IgA值明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,精液量、精子活动百分率、精子正常形态百分率、精子活力a级和a +b级、路径速度 (VAP)、直线运动速度 (VSL)及前向性STR均显著低于正常生育者 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1) ,精子密度、精液PH值、侧摆幅值 (ALH)与正常对照者比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 慢性前列腺炎患者血清抗精子抗体滴度升高 ,精液部分主要参数较正常生育者明显降低。

Objective To explore the influence of chronic prostatitis to serum antisperm antibody(AsAb) and sperm parameters.Methods AsAb in 75 chronic prostatitis patients and 31 normal controls was analyzed by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay(ELISA).Routine examination was made for the sperm in two groups by American HML auto-sperm analyzer to compara the changes of AsAb and sperm parameters.Results IgG and IgA levels in chronic prostatitis patients were obviously higher than those of normal controls(P<0.01) but the volume of sperm,the activity percentage of sperm,the normal morphology percentage of sperm,the activity a grade and (a+b)grade of sperm,VAP,VSL and STR were remarkably lower than those of normal controls(P<0.05 and P<0.01 ).There was no significant difference in sperm density,PH and ALH of sperm between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion AsAb titer of chronic prostatitis patients is increased but the major parameters of sperm are decreased,compared with normal controls.
