高位隐睾的Ⅱ期手术治疗观察(附27例报告)

Phase Ⅱ surgical treatment for high undescended testis(a report of 27 cases)

目的 探讨Ⅱ期手术治疗高位隐睾的疗效。方法 回顾分析 2 7例采用Ⅱ期手术治疗的高位隐睾患者的临床资料 ,对不同手术年龄、不同手术间隔时间的术后睾丸位置、大小、硬度进行评价。结果 2 7例 2 9侧隐睾 ,除 1例双侧隐睾失败外 ,成功 2 7侧 (93.1% )。其中手术年龄～ 4岁、手术间隔时间 1.0～ 1.5年疗效最好 ,第一次手术前后使用绒毛膜促性腺激素 (hCG)治疗者较未使用者疗效好。结论 Ⅱ期手术治疗高位隐睾效果是切实可行的 。

Objective To investigate the effect of phase Ⅱ surgery in treatment of high undescended testis.Methods The clinical data of 27 patients treated by phase Ⅱ surgical managements were analyzed retrospectively.The effects of age and operative intervals on testicular volume,position and hardness were evaluated.Results In 29 testis of 27 cases,the operation was successful in 27 sides(93.1%)except failure in 1 case.The more satisfactory Results were found in patients undergoing surgery less than 4 years age and operative intervals of 1-1.5 years.The effect in the patients receiving human chorionic gonadotropin treatment during the first surgical managements was between those phase II.Conclusion Phase II surgical treatment for high undescended testis is feasible,especially suitable for testis with less collateral blood flow,or negative bleeding of testis.
