摘要 本文根据轴颈处无弯矩的条件,给出了一种大型汽轮发电机组轴系轴承中心标高的理论计算方法。该方法同时考虑了触承油膜厚度和支痤下沉时中心标高的改变,最后介绍了机组在现场安装时,如何利用联轴器间的错位与张口调整并确定各轴承中心标高的实际位置。 Based on the condition that there is no beading moment on journals, a method used for theoretically calculating the elevation of bearings of large turbogenerator unit shafts is proposed in this paper. Changes of the elevation of bearings due to thickness of oil-film and subsidence of brackets are considered simultaneously in the method. Finally, how to adjust displacements and gaps between two flanges to be connected, when aligning the unit shafts at site, and to determine the elevation of bearings, is presented.
