摘要
提出了用螺旋式排布磁钢的方法,保证相邻极下电势波形幅值对称。通过概率分析确定了分布系数的取值范围及随槽数(或槽距角)改变而变化的规律和分布曲线,为永磁电机的设计和制造提供了重要依据。
In this paper is proposed the method of spiral distribution of magnet steel, which can ensure the symmetry of potential waveform amplitudes under adjacent poles. The range of distribution coefficient values as well as their law, changed along with variation of slot number (or angle of slot pitch), and distribution curves are determined by probability analysis, in order to present important basis for design and manufacture of permanent-magnet electric machine.
