摘要
卫生部-嘉道理慈善基金会农村社区健康促进第二周期项目(2008-2011)于2008年9月正式启动。第二周期项目在甘肃、青海、山西和新疆4地16个项目县内42个乡镇卫生院实施,致力于通过对当地农村居民开展健康管理。
