介绍了卤素检漏仪的工作原理和检漏方法以及氦质谱仪的应用情况。给出了漏率的测定方法。
The operation principle and the leak-detecting method of the halogen leak detector as well as use of the helium mass spectrometer are introduced in this paper, the method of measuring leak rate is given also.
