随着时代的发展,摔跤运动结合科学训练发展至今,水平有了很大的提升,竞技水平也越来越高,新规则的改变将对运动员的竞技能力、训练方法、手段及成绩产生巨大的影响。现如今的规则,就站立而言,其大比分动作将对运动员的运动成绩产生巨大影响,本文针对目前摔跤过胸技术及其在比赛中的应用进行了分析研究,结果发现摔跤过胸技术在现规则比赛中起着至关重要的作用,并针对其训练方法提出几点建议,为广大教练员指导训练提供参考。
