摘要
给出了SF5000-40/4250低速凸极同步水轮发电机采用均匀气隙的分析计算和实测结果。业已证实,在相同气隙以及保证电气性能的前提下,采用均匀气隙较非均匀气隙能降低勋磁安匝。对极靴形状的改变相应带来电压波形畸变率、电话谐波因数、损耗及效率的变化等问题及其对策,也进行了讨论。
The analysis calculation and actual measurement results about adapting ever air gap on the SF5000-40/4250 type synchronous hydrogenerator with salient poles and low rotating speed are given in this paper. It is verified, that under the premise of same air gap and assured electrical performance the even ail gap, compared with uneven one, can decrease field amper-turns.Variation of pole piece configuration leads to change of voltage waveform distortion rate, telephone harmonic factor, loss and efficiency, ect. Above-mentioned effect and appropriate measures are discussed also.
