员工心理授权与职业满意度的关系研究

摘要 全球性的竞争和变革对员工创造性的要求,使得研究人员对授权的理解角度发生改变,从关注授权的管理实践转变为授权后个体所产生的体验,即"心理授权"。通过心理授权的四个维度(工作意义、自我效能、自主性和影响力),员工可以不断地满足自身的成就需求和权利需求,从而提高职业满意度。本文主要研究员工的心理授权如何对职业满意度产生影响,并对提高员工的职业满意度提出可行性建议。
