The first exhibition on the documentary film at an art museum in Germany, from Dec 2th 2010 to Feb 20th 2011,unites 88 films associated with the University of Television and Film Munich(HFF) made over the past ten years.As an exhibition project at the Pinakothek der Moderne,expression is being lent to the growing importance of the film medium in the visual arts. The project highlights the diversity of a field in which the university has gained such a high standing and continues to draw international attention to this day.The film-makers and locations of their works are equally international.
