喜疗妥药膏治疗刺激性药物输注渗漏的效果观察

A Study on Treatment Using Hirudoid Cream for Leakage of Irritating Drug Infusion

目的探讨喜疗妥药膏治疗刺激性药物输注渗漏的临床效果。方法将72例因刺激性药物输注渗漏的患者随机分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。观察组应用喜疗妥药膏治疗;对照组则给予硫酸镁湿热敷治疗。观察2组局部临床疗效及治愈时间。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组,具有统计学意义(p<0.05);且观察组治愈时间比对照组短,具有显著差异(p<0.01)。结论喜疗妥药膏在治疗刺激性药物输注渗漏的临床疗效、治愈时间等方面明显优于硫酸镁湿热敷方法,具有显效快、疗效好,使用简便、安全无毒等优点,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of Hirudoid cream for leakage of irritating drug infusion.Methods:72 cases with leakage of irritating drug infusion were randomly divided into the observer group and the control group with 36 cases each. The observer group wasadopted hirudoid cream,while the control group was adopted Magnesium sulfate(MgSO4)hot wet dressing. The comparison was based on clinical efficacy and period of time for the injuries to get recovered.Results:The efficacy of the observer group is better than the control group(p<0.05);and the time of the observer group for injuries to get recovered is shorter than the control group(p<0.01).Conclusion:Hirudoid cream showed more advantages in terms of clinical efficacy and recovery time,It has excellent effects in treating leakage of irritating drug infusion.
