摘要
总结了23例脑血管畸形介入栓塞治疗的护理。包括做好术前准备及护理;术中紧密配合,通过股动脉穿刺途径,插入微导管至脑血管畸形部位注入栓塞剂,闭塞畸形血管团;术中、术后做好病情观察及处理。认为充分做好各项术前护理,术中紧密配合,密切观察并及时处理患者出现的病情变化是确保脑血管畸形栓塞治疗顺利完成的重要环节。
Objective:To find out the nursing care in cerebrum arteriovenous malformation with embolization.Methods:The clinical data of 23 patients with cerebrum arteriovenous.Applied adequate nursing care beford embolization therapy.Inserted a micro tube to cerebrum arteriovenous malformation site from femura artery and obstructed it.Applied close observation and relative nursing care during the operation.Results:All operations were successful.All patients were achieved the treatment effect without complications causing by cerebrum injury.Conclusions:Adequate preparation and relarent nursing care are the main element in successful embolization.
