The insulation of winding wire stands, wrapped by mica tape, reinforced with two-sided polyester film, is recommended.This insulation is used as turn-to-turn insulation of high voltage large and medium electric machine with F heat resisting class.The new turn-to-turn insulation system is presented. Meanwhile, basis for using the Polyester firm, made in China, on F class electric machine, its application and evaluation conclusion of temperature resisting thermal ageing for the new turn-to-turn insulation system are described,
