荧光定量PCR在检测儿童EB病毒感染中的应用

Detection of EB virus infection in children through fluorescence quantitative PCR

目的探讨荧光定量PCR方法检测Epstein-Barr Virus DNA(EBV-DNA)在儿童临床EB病毒感染诊断中的价值。方法对376例表现为不明原因发热、咽炎、肝脾肿大等患儿采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测血浆EBV-DNA。结果检测出174例患儿血浆EBV-DNA阳性,阳性率46%,其中男性100例,女性74例,年龄≤1岁36例,1岁～8岁108例,>8岁30例。结论荧光定量PCR方法检测对儿童EB病毒(EBV)感染的检测具有早期、快速等优点。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of fluorescence quantitative PCR in detection of Epstein-Barr virus DNA(EBV-DNA).Methods Plasma EBV-DNA of 376 children with unexplained fever,pharyngitis or hepatosplenomegaly was investigated through fluorescence quantitative PCR method.Results Plasma EBV-DNA was detected in 174 children.The positive rate was 46%,among which 100 cases was male,74 cases female,≤1-year-old age 36 cases,1-year-old to 8-year-old 108 cases and > 8 -year-old 30 cases.Conclusion EBV infection can be diagnosed early and rapidly through FQ-PCR detection of EBV-DNA.
