摘要
通过XRD和SQUID研究了单晶样品(La0.5Nd0.5)1.2Sr1.8Mn2O7的磁性。研究结果表明,样品的单相性很好,属于I4/mmm空间群。在(La0.5Nd0.5)1.2Sr1.8Mn2O7中,Nd部分取代La后,改变了晶格常数,引起了eg电子轨道占据态的变化,这都使得该样品中在低温下没有长程的磁有序,短程的电荷/轨道有序得以增强。实验表明,低温下也存在纳米尺度的铁磁团簇与短程的电荷/轨道有序相共存的相分离。
The magnetic properties of the(La0.5Nd0.5)1.2Sr1.8Mn2O7 were investigated measured using XRD and SQUID.The material exhibits a pervoskite structure(group I4/mmm)phase,the crystal lattice constant is changed in(La0.5Nd0.5)1.2Sr1.8Mn2O7 due to the part La replaced by Nd,and induce the change of eg electron orbit holding state.In low temperature,without long magnetism order,and OO/CO buildup.
