桶装纯净水和矿物质水的微生物学测定

Microbiology Measuration of Barreled Purified Water and Mineral Substance Water

本文对和人们生活密切相关的两种饮用水:桶装纯净水和矿物质水进行了细菌总数和大肠菌群数的测定。其中,细菌总数的测定选用平板计数法[1],大肠菌群数的测定选用多管发酵法。经过检测分析,两种饮用水的这两项指标分别符合中华人民共和国卫生部于2003年9月24日发布的《瓶(桶)装饮用水卫生标准》[2]。

The amount of bacteria and E.coli group in two life-relayed drinking water(bottled purified water and mineral substance water)are measured in this paper. The method of measuring the sum of bacteria adopts colony-counting methods, and the method measuring the sum of E.coli-group adopts the multicell fermented law[3]. Under examination, the two indexes of two kinds of drinking water accord with the National Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water.
