运动对中长跑运动员分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)的影响

Influence to SIgA on the Medium Long-distance Run Athlete in Sport

摘要 通过放射免疫技术对胃肠的免疫学屏障进行研究,研究的主要免疫物质是分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA),研究中长跑运动员在不同的运动负荷运动下,胃肠免疫物质的变化情况,通过研究我们发现:SIgA在小负荷和中负荷与安静状态下相比均显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.001),而大负荷运动时与安静状态、小负荷及中负荷相比较均显著性降低(P<0.05,P<0.001),男女运动员在安静状态、小负荷、中负荷及大负荷时没有差异(P>0.05),而不同级别的运动员在安静状态、小负荷时没有显著差异(P>0.05),而在中负荷运动时一级运动员的SIgA要显著高于三级运动员(P<0.05).在大负荷运动时一级运动员的SIGA要高于二级和三级运动员的SIgA(P<0.05,P<0.001),二级和三级运动员没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。 By Radial Immunity Technical, immunity barrier of gastrointestinal is studied, it is secreting immunoglobulin A(SIgA). immunoglobulin of gastrointestinal tract is relationship with sports to middle-distance racers. We find that SIGA of little and middle load is higher than rest state(P<0.05,P<0.001), while SIGA of high load is lower than other load(P<0.05,P<0.001), sex is no-relationship with load(P>0.05), SIGA of three class athletes is no-different in little, middle and load(P>0.05), SIGA of first order athletes is higher than three order in middle load(P<0.05), while SIGA of first order athletes is higher than second and three(P<0.05,P<0.001), second and three order athletes no mark different(P>0.05).
