摘要
采用异氰酸酯(MDI)、聚醚多元醇(403、4110)、双酚A型环氧树脂、发泡剂、均泡剂等原料,制备了双酚A改性聚异氰脲酸酯硬质泡沫塑料。试验表明,该塑料比聚氨酯泡沫塑料热稳定性更好,可广泛应用于工矿企业设备、管道及建筑业等的隔热保温。
Polyisocyanurate rigid foamed plastic modified by bisphenol A type epoxy resin has been prepared by isocyanate(MDI),polyether polyols(403,4110),bisphenol A type epoxy resin,foaming agent,foam homogeneoas reagent and other raw materials. The experiment showed that compared with polyurethane foamed plastic,the thermal stability of this plastic was improved significantly,which had a good prospect of application on themal insulation and heat preservation of industrial and mining equipment,pipes and construction business.
