摘要
采用苄基三甲基溴化铵为插层剂,多孔无机膨润土为原料,制备多孔有机膨润土,用X光衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、热失重分析(DTA-TG)等手段,对多孔有机膨润土进行结构表征,结果显示膨润土层间距由0.9608nm扩大至1.4914nm,表明苄基三甲基溴化铵已有效进入多孔无机膨润土层间。用该有机膨润土对0.03%的藏青色颜料进行脱色研究,表现出良好的脱色协同效应。
In the paper,porous organic bentonite was prepared using benzyltrimethylammounium bromid as intercalation agent and porous inorganic bentonite as raw material. The authors used XRD、FT-IR、TGA to characterize the structure of porous organic bentonite. The results showed that the spacing of layers of porous organic bentonite was increased from 0.9608nm to 1.4914nm. And benzyltrimethylammounium bromid had inserted to clay of porous inorganic bentonite.. Porous organic bentonite was put in 0.03% of navy blue dye solution to investigate decolorization rates,the process showed distinct synergistic effect of decolorization.
