The successful completion of the Three Gorges Project depends on the migration and resettlement of millions of people,which is actually an important,and a difficult job as well as a key task.In the course of migration and resettlement,the training for the migrants proved powerful and supporting in the smooth relocation and stable resettlement of millions of migrants. This paper presents a comprehensive review of training for Three Gorges migrants,analyzes the significance of training and suggests certain measures for the successive training for the Three Gorges Project migrants.
