湖北少数民族民俗的构成有如下几种:原住民族民俗、汉族土著化民族民俗、迁徙民族民俗、相邻民族民俗和楚文化渗透的民族民俗等。保护湖北少数民族作为非物质文化遗产的民俗,必须根据其构成特点,分门别类制定有效的保护措施。

Hubei minorities folklore,as an important kind of intangible cultural heritage,consists of the following sorts:the aboriginal folklore,the naturalized folklore of Han Nationality,the folklore of the immigrant ethnic groups,the folklore of neighboring ethnic groups,the folklore infiltrated by Chu ethnic folklore.To achieve effective protection of Hubei minorities folklore,as is suggested in this article,sufficient measures should be made according to its components,characteristics and categories.
