摘要 宜昌市《劳动合同法》实施一年多来,总体情况良好,但也存在着不容忽视的矛盾和问题。社会各层面对劳动合同法有一定误解,合同签订率不平衡,规避、违反劳动合同法的的现象仍然存在,工会职能未得到充分发挥。应切实做好法律的宣传教育工作;政府加强指导,强化服务意思;企业建立健全规章制度;同时立法完善相关配套法规和政策,并进一步推进劳动关系协调队伍建设。 Unignorable contradictions and problems have co-occurred in the generally normal implementation of'theLabor Contract Law'in Yichang City in the past year due to misunderstanding of the law,unbalanced rates of contract establishment, evasion and violation of the law and inefficiency of the labor unions.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance legal publicity and education,improve the awareness of service of the departments concerned under the direction of the government,establish and improve the rules and regulations among the enterprises,improve the relevant supporting regulations and policies of legislation,and strengthen establishment of the labor relation coordination team.
