摘要
加强和改进大学生心理健康教育工作是适应现阶段经济社会发展的需要,是培养合格人才的现实选择,结合新疆多民族地区高校的实际,提出以下策略:建设符合新疆多民族地区高校大学生心理健康教育的模式;拓展心理健康教育的有效途径;加强大学生心理健康教育师资队伍建设。
Intensifying college students’ psychological health education is a realistic choice that meets the needs of economic society development in the current period of time and that is beneficial to the cultivation of qualified talents.The article,based on the reality of the college status in the multinational areas of Xinjiang,brings forward the following strategies: establishing the educational mode of college students’ psychological health which is adapted to the characteristic of the multinational areas of Xinjiang;exploring more effective ways to the psychological health education;strengthening the construction of teaching staff of college students’ psychological health education.
