全程护理告知程序在产科健康教育中的应用

Application of Full Nursing Inform Procedure in Health Education of the Obstetrical Department

目的探讨全程护理告知程序对产科健康教育的促进效果。方法将300例产妇按入院顺序随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组实施全程护理告知程序,对照组按照常规产科健康教育。采用自制问卷进行调查,对告知的各项内容掌握程度进行评估,比较2组产妇相关知识及技能掌握情况,产褥期患病率,护理差错发生率、护理纠纷及满意度。结果实验组产妇对相关知识及技能掌握明显优于对照组,产褥期发病率低于对照组,实验组未发生护理差错及纠纷,具有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论实施全程护理告知程序能有效提高产妇健康教育的效果,提高护理质量,确保护理安全。

Objective:To expcore the effects on the promotion of health education at the obstetrical department where the nursing inform procedure is implemented in the whole process.Methods:Three hundred puerperae are randomly divided into two groups,namely,the experimental group and control group,according to the hospitalization order.The experimental group follows the requirements in the inform procedures,which consist of the inform procedures for admission,disease,nursing operation and hospital discharge.The puerperae and their family members of this group are informed orally,in written form,by demonstration and publication in a one-to-one manner.The control group conducts the health education through the regular ways。In the process,self-made questionnaires are used for the survey and evaluation on what degree the items on the questionnaires are understood.At the same time,the two groups of puerperae are observed to see how much of the related knowledge and skills they have understood respectively,the incidence of a disease in puerperium,occurrellce rate of nursing error,and dispute and satisfaction of nursing.Results:The experimental group who were informed about the nursing in the whole process performed much better than the control group in understanding the related knowledge and skills,and has lower incidence of a disease in puerperium.No error occurred nor dispute arose on nursing in the experimental group,and it has a significant difference(p<0.01).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing inform-procedure can effectively promote the health education,improve the nursing quality and ensure the safety of nursing.
