新生儿监护室医院感染的细菌学监测状况调查

摘要 总结报告了新生儿监护室医院感染的细菌学监测结果,包括医务人员的手和物体表面2个方面。认为新生儿监护室消毒隔离和医院感染控制措施的落实中存在薄弱环节,有针对性地对新生儿监护室进行前瞻性调查,对控制医院感染的发生,提高医院感染管理的效果、效率和效益有重要的作用。 We monitored infant incubator and object surfaceand medical staffs' hand.Germ-carrying ratio of medical staffs'hand was higher(83.3%);Object surface was samplinged in antisepsis 2 hours,germ-carrying ratio was 52.38%;Germ-carrying ratio was 58.8%,Staphylococcus epidermidis was highest(23.77% ),Staphylococcus haemolyticus was 14.78%,Acinctobacter was 8.99%,E.cloacac was 5.65%,K.pneumoniae and Raeruginosa and E.auium was 1.88%.There was weakness tache in antisepsis and hospital infection control in newborn ICU.It was important to prospective research and control hospital infection and enhance hospital infection manage.
