培训课程体系化具有总结、发展和约束功能。企业培训课程体系的建立对于实现企业战略目标及员工个人发展,都具有十分重要的意义。建立培训课程体系,要紧紧抓住课程和体系目标两个基本要素,从上到下分解目标,从下到上组合课程,明确各组成部分之间的有机联系。
Systemization of training course is of summarizing,developing and restraining function.The establishment of system of training course is of extreme importance to realize strategic target of the enterprise and employees' personal development.To establish system of training course,we have to grasp two basic factors:course and system target,decompose the target from up to down,and combine the course from down to up,clarify organic links among the components.
