干部培训现场教学规范运作问题的思考

Thinking on Standard Operation of On-Site Teaching in Cadre Training

现场教学作为干部培训的一种形式,以强烈的现实感和鲜明的特色受到了培训对象的欢迎。但在目前现场教学运作过程中,确实存在不利于教学实施、影响教学效果的问题。现场教学在运作中的不规范是导致上述问题的根源。针对存在的问题,提出现场教学规范运作的相关建议。

As a form of cadre training,on - the - site teaching has been welcome by trainee with strong realistic feeling and fresh special feature.However,in present operation of On - Site teaching(OST),there are really existing problems not favor to teaching,and affecting teaching.Non - standard operation in on - the - site teaching is the root leading to above questions.Against the existing problems,we presented suggestions relating to standard operation of OST.
