摘要
大量中国企业开展跨国投资经营,要面对不同的经济体制、法律体制和文化背景,劳工市场和劳工关系协调难度很大,给企业经营发展带来不小影响。对巴西基本情况和劳工市场的特点进行分析并提出问题。中国企业要具备全球性视野和多元的文化适应性,应在保证本企业利益的同时,以提高管理效率、减少劳务纠纷为前提,采取正确、灵活的应对策略。建立复杂条件下和谐的劳工关系管理体系会使中国企业在对外投资中具有更强的竞争力。
At present,a great deal of Chinese enterprises who are developing international invest and operation are facing with different economic systems,law systems and cultural background;and it is very difficult to adjust in labor market and labor relation,which has brought no less influence to the enterprise.We analyzed basic conditions and special features of labor market in Brazil and presented problems.Chinese enterprise should have the Global horizons and adapt to variety of culture.And at the same time of guaranteeing their interest,they should take right and flexible policy with improvement of management efficiency and reduce of labor dispute as the prerequisites.The establishment of harmonious labor relation,management system under complex conditions will be able to strengthen more powerful competition force for the Chinese enterprise.
