石化企业牢固树立“持续安全”理念的几点思考

安全生产是科学发展观的必然要求。深入学习实践科学发展观,牢固树立"持续安全"理念,对石化企业来说,既富有行业特色,又突出了工作重点,抓住了主要矛盾,具有重要现实意义。石化企业在经营管理中,必须强化本质安全、HSE意识,加强基本功训练,营造企业安全文化氛围,坚持走以人为本、科学发展、全面协调可持续的安全发展之路。

Safe production is necessary requirement of view of scientific development.Deep study and practice of view of scientific development and firm establishment concept of'continuing safety',for petrochemical enterprise,are rich of industry characteristics,lay tress on key points of work,grasp main contradiction and are of important realistic significance.In operation and management in petrochemical enterprise,we must strengthen nature safety,HSE ideology, and training of basic skill,make enterprise safe cultural atmosphere,persist in developing road which is person -oriented, scientifically developed,all aspect adjusted and continuous.
